Funeral Services for Sherian Glover Phillips, 59, Athens, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, October 9, 2008, in Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home Chapel, in Athens with Bro. Erick Graham and Matt Hollensworth officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Athens.

Mrs. Phillips went to be with her Savior and father, Racel Odell Glover, Sunday, October 5, 2008, in Athens.

She was born January 10, 1949, to Racel Odell and Audrey Erby Glover in Athens, Texas.

Sherian was a devoted daughter, mother, and grandmother.

She is preceded in death by Ken Greene, son, Scottie Greene and loving father Odell Glover.

She is survived by her loving mother, Audrey Glover, Athens, a brother, James Glover, Tyler, daughters, Sandie Chatterly Murphree and husband John, Athens, Leigh Anne Hitt , Athens, Staci Greene, Marshall, sons, Glen Phillips and wife Betty, Athens, Dewayne and DeAnna Phillips, Athens, grandchildren, Racel Washington and husband Shaun, Alisha Chatterly and Jason Smith of Forney, Audrey Greene,Athens, Cortney and Jeremy Holcomb, LaRue, Tiffany Corrigan, Athens, Miranda Phillips, Murchison, Ken Chatterly, Wayne Mayo, both of Athens, and Kyle Crumine, Marshall, great-grandchildren, Avery Holcomb, Linda and Dwight Corrigan all of Athens, Blake Washington, Adrian O'Neal Smith, Forney, Athens, nephew, David Glover and wife Elizabeth of Kennedale, numerous cousins and friends.

Pallbearers are Bryan Kelley, Quince Hitt, Lewis Crowell, Darrell Cravey, William Mark Pillow, and James Chatterly.Honorary Pallbearer is Dr. Doug Curran.
