What child will be named Roosje of which declaration we maked this certificate in presence of Gerrit Aaron Scheffer no profession 55 years of age living as the mother P292 and of Jacob Elias Zomerplaag no profession 26 years of age living Leprozengracht P 380 and is this certificate by us, and the 'notice giver' and the witnesses, after reading signed.
