It appears to be a lists the insurance on family members with policy numbers, DOB and where they were born. There children were all born in Brooklyn, N.Y. In the book, Carmela and Antonio Fioto are listed in Sorrento, Italy. The following names were on Francis' list of mail to and from Sorrento and Amalfi. The Relationship is unknown but does tie the family to locations: Tresa Cacace Via Ponte No. 23 Vico Equince (unsure Equ ice) Michael Maresca 139 N.6th St. Br. NY.Natale Cacace 34 Via Acenceone Napoli. Soldate Eduardo Cacace 75' Fanteria 3 Compagnia Genova Mary Cacace (no location). L. Cacace - his address matches the census for Liberato Cacace. Carmela said to sail to Italy Nov 21, 1907. On the 1910 census she said she arrived in 1887. The copy of Carmela's death certificate gives her maiden name and Italy as her place of birth. Her father's name is Anthony Amelia, her mother is listed as Carmela Cacace. We are assuming that the father is Anthony and the mother is Amelia. She died at 207 North 6th Stree, Brooklyn. It says she was 60 at the time of her death. This info is incorrect. Cert #7453 Buried at Calvary. Documentation for place of birth is from a ledger in the written hand of Francis Fioto, her son, dated Sept. 1, 1908. It appears to be a lists the insurance on family members with policy numbers, DOB and where they were born. Children all born in Brooklyn, N.Y. On Liberato's passport application he said he was born in Sorrento. Therefore we will accept Sorrento as her place of birth also until we find something to dispute that. Liberto said his fathers name was Tony and that he was deceased when Liberato was getting his passport.
