Richard E. Wisner, 77, passed away March 22, 2012. Born July 5, 1934, in Fowler, Colo., to Boyd and Lucial (Roberts) Wisner. Survived by his wife, Shirley; children, Linda (Don) Jansen, Trent (Star) Wisner, Rodney (Tonya) Wisner; stepchildren, Tina (Gene) Barnes, Brenda Erd, Cody (Sandy) Fox and Scott (Amy) Fox; siblings, Shirley (Bob) Leonard, Janet (George) Milliken, Donald (Frances) Wisner; numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; aunts, Dorothy Murray and Neta Mumm; mother-in-law, LaVon Usher; sisters-in-law, Arlene (Terry) Johansen and Elsie (Dennis) Beckstead. Viewing, noon to 7 p.m. Monday, Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Service, 10 a.m. Tuesday at L.D.S. Church
