Marjoria (Margie) Ella Fox

Grooms Mortuary Marjoria (Margie) Ella Fox, 84, of Fowler, died Dec. 28, 2000. Born on Aug. 25, 1916, to Earl and Estella Wisner in Crowley County, Colo. Margie was the first baby born on a homestead in Crowley County. She was married to her husband, Lowell F. Fox for 59 years. Margie was a member of the Christian Church of Fowler, a volunteer for SHARE. Before she retired, she was a manager for the Pondarosa Apartments and was a homemaker. In loving memory her kindness, ready smile and a good word for everyone will be missed, as well as her ability to give selflessly. Her spirit and humor will live on inside each and every individual she has touched throughout the years. A special thanks to Arkansas Valley Hospice and volunteers, also Fowler Health Care Center, staff and friends and family for their support during this time. Survived by daughter, Corine Ormonde; grandchildren, Wanda (Tom Haworth) Fox, Rodney E. Beltz, Larry Ann Baker, Brenda Lee Anselmo, Billy Keyser; great-grandchildren, Amanda (Jared) Waterhouse, Delinda Beltz, Patrick Baker, Lacy Keyser; great-great-grandson, Noah Waterhouse; sisters, Blanche Eichelberger, Pearl Allen; sister-in-law, Lucial Wisner; daughter-in-law, Eileen (Bill) Keyser; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband; parents; son, Larry A. Fox; granddaughter, Von Ceil Beltz; brother, B.A. Wisner. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2001, at Fowler Cemetery at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Arkansas Valley Hospice.
