    Stephanus erft samen met zijn broers en zuster de molens. Ze zetten het bedrijf voort ten behoeve van hun moeder. Als zij is overleden wordt het hele bezit openbaar verkocht doordat er meningsverschillen waren tussen de kinderen.
    Stephanus is overleden te Zutphen, maar woonde in Apeldoorn. Tevens wethouder.

    1830: de watermolen op de Warneler Enk wordt watervluchtmolen.
    De familie koopt windmolen De Fortuyn uit de Zaan en bouwt deze op in Heelsum.
    1855: Stephanus Johannes eigenaar en papiermaker op De Eendracht; Roelof Frans van Houten en Egbert Klein papiermakersknecht.
    1858: het bezit valt uiteen. De Pannekoek wordt van Neuy en de fortuin van Theodorus
    1862 Op de Pannekoek wordt een stoommachine geplaatst
    1866 De Pannekoek wordt verkocht aan Adrianus Maas
    1870 Nicolaas Pannekoek van de Fortuyn neemt een firmant H.F.J. Kamperdijk
    1880 De firma Pannekoek/Maas wordt gesloten
    1884 Nicolaas Pannekoek overlijdt
    1904 De naam van het bedrijf wordt Kon. Papierfabriek, voorheen Pannekoek & Co.

    De Eendracht wordt in 1869 verkocht aan Van Gelder Papier; het bedrijf wordt steeds uitgebreid en gemoderniseerd.
