Drewry was given all but 240 acres of his father's plantation and a negro named Charles. Also the remaining part of the cattle, sheep, hogs & horses. The negro boy named Pete to be left in the care of Drewry until the present troubles of America be settled, and then to be given to Sarah Moody. Drewry was not to the rest of the boy's life nor the sons of the boy in any way. Sarah Moody is to pay at the time of delivery of the boy, all the back taxes. The negress Charlotte to be picked up by Thomas McKissack and that he pay the taxes for the girl from the time of Robert's decease until Thomas takes her away. Also given to Drury the smith tools and all belonging thereunto.

Drury was given all his father's lumber, and movables, to be left to Josiah at the death of Hannah.
