G. Harrison, (71) died December 22, 1936 from what was apparently a heart attack. Mr. Harrison was playing with a cousin, W. A. Brown and they had just completed one game and were starting another when Mr. Harrison turned suddenly pale, put his hand to his head and dropped forward, dead. Mr. Harrison lived with his oldest daughter, Mable Adit in West Riverside. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Eva J. Harrison, two daughters, Mrs. Mable Adit and Mrs. Verna Karstens, of Riverside, California, one sister, Mrs. Libbie Hall of Clay Center, Nebraska, and six brothers, Q.R. of Stratton, Nebraska, Elmer of Burlington, Colorado, George and Douglas of Clay Center and Bert and Will of Edgar. Mr. Harrison had been troubled with his heart for a long time and had been compelled to quit work. He had been helping his son-in-law with his dairy business. When the end came he went without a struggle and had been joking and laughing until the end -----(contributed) Mr. Harrison lived in Clay County for many years and enjoyed a wide circle of friends. About ten years ago he removed to make his home in Riverside, California.
