Simon Horspoole was baptised on 28 Feb 1567/1568 at All Hallows, Lombard Street, London[1].
In the Visitation of London in 1568, Simon was recorded as the son of Simon Horspoole, gentleman, citizen and Draper of London, and Elizabeth the daughter of John Smith of Cossam (Corsham, WIltshire)[2][3].
He was recorded on a memorial to his father, Simon Horspoole, in the church of All Hallows, Lombard Street, London[4].
