She was baptised Mare Horspolle on 30 Aug 1566 at St Andrew Undershaft, London[1].
In the Visitation of London in 1568, Mary was recorded as the daughter of Simon Horspoole, gentleman, citizen and Draper of London, and Elizabeth the daughter of John Smith of Cossam (Corsham, WIltshire)[2][3].
A Mary Horspoole was buried on 16 Jan 1568/1569 at All Hallows, Lombard Street, London[4].
