http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hugues_Ier_de_Meulan

In English:
Hugh I was the Viscount of Meulan at the end of the 10th century. Born around 965, he succeeded his father Galeran II. He is cited as the Viscount of Meulan in 998 and may have been so from 991, according to the Europaische Stammtafalm.
He married Oda de Vexin, daughter of Gautier II, Comte de Vexin, Amiens, and Valois, and his wife Adele. they had:
1. Galeran II (d. 1068), Viscount and Count of Meulan
2. Hugh II, Viscount of Vexin
3. Hellouin, Viscount Mantois, father of Richard Meulan, cited 1066.
Hugh died shortly after August 25, 1005.

Ben M. Angel notes:
On the question of Oda vs. Alix, French Wikipedia supports Oda de Vexin. Alix de Vexin appears to be supported only by numerous GEDCOM files that do not appear to have a reliable source (I welcome a correction on this, if a reliable source, other than "someone else's GEDCOM or online family tree" does exist - "The Plantagenet Ancestry" by W.H. Turton provides no primary sources, see below). My best guess as to why Alix has appeared and proliferated on unsourced GEDCOM files is confusion with Alix/Alys de Vexin, who was born to King Robert VII of France a century and a half later:
http://familypedia.wikia.com/wiki/Alix_de_Vexin_(c1170-c1220)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alys,_Countess_of_the_Vexin
The Medlands project, meanwhile, supports neither name, regarding her to be (Unknown) de Valois. Until more definitive sources can be provided for an alternative name, that's how I'd recommend that Hugues' wife be named.
------------
The Plantagenet Ancestry is cited as listing Alix de Vexin as husband of Hugues I (the online sample does not carry the page showing this, unfortunately). Although a fascinating collection of charts of 7,000 names showing what appears to be researched relationships of the ancestry of the Plantagenets, the source material backing Alix de Vexin is not included within the online sample:
