December 27, in the year 1900 was their wedding day, and Rev. E. C. It was during those early years here that they began to attendthe First Baptist Church and it was here that both, of them accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their own personal saviour.
The home of Fred and Minnie Brass was blessed with four children, one of which has already preceded her in death. But then as the years went by, sorrow again came to Minnie Brass, when her husband passed away in March 17th, 1946.
In the year 1949, she moved to town and has been living here with her son, William and been visiting with her daughters and their families.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. John Davids, her son, William Brass of Buffalo Center, her two daughters, Alice, Mrs. Leonard Hoffman of Winnebago, Minnesota, and Annie, Mrs. Tony Meyering of Buffalo Center, as well as 14grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and neighbors and friends.
Death always brings sorrow, to those left behind, and yet for a child of God, it means but to step into the presence of God, awaiting the day of resurrection." <>
