Margaret, died May 1349, probably widow of Henry Tyeys, Lord Tyeys.[Magna Charta Sureties]
-----------------------
He [Henry Tyeys] married, in or before 1316, Margaret. He died s.p. and was buried in the church of the Carmelites, London; but in 1334 his sister and heir, Alice, obtained permission to move his body to the church at Chilton Foliat, the burial place of his ancestors, where two chantries had been founded. His widow, who was granted, 6 April 1322, 200l. per annum for her maintenance, also certain of her husband's forfeited lands in 1324, died 20 May 1349. By Henry's attainder his Barony was forfeited; but when the proceedings against Lancaster and his adherents were annulled in 1 Edward III, it was presumably revived. According to modern doctrine, as Henry had died s.p., it vested in his sister and heir, Alice, from whom it passed to her son by Warin de Lisle of Kingston Lisle and his descendants.
