Prudence Kittrell, widow of Standley Kittrell of Bertie County, NC was living in Limestone, AL ca 1840. Children were John, William, Elizabeth, Sally, Caroline, Martha. Two other children Isaac and Mary, but they may have died before going to Alabama. 1850 census Limestone Cty, AL shows Elizabeth and William. Will share.

BERTIE COUNTY CENSUS 1800
Standley Kittrell has in household one son age 0-10 (Isaac Jordan Kittrell (WBK opion) he was of age in 1824 to sell property), one male age 16-26 (WBK Opinion that this would indicate Standley's age as 26 since on the 1820 census his age is shown as plus 45), one female 16-26 and 18 Slaves.
BERTIE COUNTY CENSUS 1820
We find two males 0-10, one male 10-16, one male 45 plus, three female 0-10, one female 10-16, one female 16-26, one female 26-45 (WBK Note: It would indicate to me that the male 10-16 would be Isacc Jordan Kittrell..Standley was married in January of 1799 and a male age 0-10 on the 1800 Census.)

All of the children listed on transaction in Deed Book DD-314 and Deed
Book FF-320 with the exception of Isaac Jordan Kittrell. Date of Deed
Book DD-314 was 1835. Date of Deed Book FF-320 was 1841. Isaac
Jordan Kittrell could have died by then.

Deed Book BB-273 August 1824 shows Isaac selling property. His name
would indicate he was a son of Standley Kittrell and Prudence Jordan.
Deed Book BB -558 August 1826 has Vincent McPherson selling to Isaac Kittrell a slave.

Deed Book FF-320 August 10, 1841 has listed all of the children with
the exception of Isaac Jordan Kittrell and Mary Kittrell. It appears
that they were all living in Limestone County, Alabama including their
mother, Prudence. This sale of the Fishery on the Roanoke River in
Bertie County, North Carolina was handled by attorney locally
.
Deed Book DD-314 was for the sale of plot of one acre and another
plot of 50 acres. Both were sold to James Bond. This property was
located near Spellers Ferry and Indian Woods. Adjoins the land of
Aaron Spivey, Noah H. Thompson, John Bond and James Bond. I have
been the John Bond cemetery located in this area.
Listed are the following: Mary E. Kittrell, John Kittrell, Prudence Kittrell, Elizabeth Kittrell, William S. Kittrell, Sally Kittrell, Martha Kittrell and Caroline Kittrell.

Benjamin &Jemimah Folks to Standley Kittrell located on lowground on Roanoke River near Oliver's Ferry.

Alabama Census 1850 lists Elizabeth J. Kittrell, William S. Kittrell,
