MARILYN JOY HILL, sister of Catherine June Hill, and Richard Keith Hill, was a beautiful girl in the style of Claire Trevor and Betty Grable.  She had beautiful large, bright blue eyes with brown, delicately shaped, eyebrows and long, brown eyelashes and light blonde hair; her skin was fair.  She seldom wore makeup and when she did, it was very little, never any eye makeup, it wasn't needed.  We were so proud of her beauty, but she didn't even seem to be aware of it.  She was humble and when years later we talked about how beautiful she was, she would always reply, that she always thought we were all, the best looking kids in the neighborhood.  Catherine had golden brown hair, blue-green eyes and a medium complexion.  Richard was blond with blue eyes and a fair complexion.  He was very handsome.

Marilyn and Russ married 10 July 1948, and her first child, Michael Raymond Klages was born in 1949.  She took a leave of absence.  At the time of Mike's birth, Marilyn and Russell bought a small home on Concordia Street in South St. Louis.  Her health was not good and she asked her parents, brother, and sister to help her.  They  moved into her new home, and helped her care for her new born baby.  They lived with them for about 2 years.  When Marilyn was in better health, her parents bought a home on Virginia Avenue in South St. Louis.  Marilyn continued to work at Missouri Pacific Railroad until her second son, Steven Oral Klages, was born.  Mike was five years of age, at which time Marilyn  decided that it was time to stay at home and raise her growing family.  Marilyn worked for Missouri Pacific Railroad for almost 10 years.  Marilyn and Russ later sold their home on Concordia, and bought a beautiful ranch style home in Florissant, Mo.  There they raised their four sons until Marilyn was found to have a cancerous brain tumor; she died young, she was only 51 years of age.  Marilyn and Russell were married for almost 30 years.  Marilyn and Russ were Baptist.

Information on the genealogies of the following families and their Numbering Systems:

"Eubanks Lineage Book, Descendants of Dr. James Albert Eubanks", Part I, Arkansas descendants, 1969; Part II, Franklin Co., IL descendants, 1970, hence the "F" at front of number; by Northwest Arkansas Eubanks Family Association, published privately. Family has not been completely developed after William Smith Eubanks and (Mary) Matilda Eubanks.

"Henckel Genealogy", by Junkin and Junkin.  Our immigrant ancestor, Lutheran Minister, Rev. Anthonius Jacobus Henckel. "Henckel Genealogical Bulletin" has developed the family of Abraham Teter and Mary Kittle, with a little on Hannah Teter and Peter Mitchell, Jr.

The book does not develop the family of Eli Atchison Brandon and  Alice "Alsey" Jane Hutchens after their numbers (HU#s) were given and the system is too complicated to add to it.

"Offutt Family Notebooks".  The Notebooks of (NOC) Nelle Offutt Chesley (Mrs. Frederic Chesley), 2815 Gulf Gate Drive, Sarasota, FL 33581 and (EPO) Edward P. Offutt, 25003 Woodfield Rd., Damascus, MD 20750, May 30, 1977.  The notebooks did not develope this family after Elizabeth Offutt's father, (OFF #1-B-4) William Offutt, III, was given his number; Elizabeth was his third child.

"Ringo Family History Series," Vol. 2 & 3 of 13 Volumes- "The Ringo Family History Series", The Line of Descent from Philip Janszen Ringo, 1981, our immigrant ancestor; 13 Volumes, published by "The Freeborn Family Organization, Inc., 518 Alahmar, Street, Alhambra, CA 91801.  Family developed through Joseph Andrew Jordan (RG#s).

"Teter Descendants", by Eva A. Teter Winfield, Rte 3, 417 Old Furnace Road, Ridgeley, WV 26753.  Our immigrant ancestor, (Hans) Jorg Dieter also know as (John) George Teter.  Paul Teter's family has not been developed in this book.
