    She was a member of Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church, Mary's Home, the Altar Sodality, Legion of Mary, Senior Citizen Group, Parish Quilting Group, and a past member of the Fox Hunters Association.

    Survivors include: two daughters, Rose Mary Rehagen,Russellville, and Helen Bax, St. Elizabeth; one son, Ralph Berendzen, Columbia; 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

    Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of the Snow Catholic Church, Mary's Home. The Rev. Clarence Wiederholt will officiate. Burial will be in Our Lady of the Snows Cemetery, Mary's Home.

    Visitation will be from 1:30-8 p.m. Monday at Phillips Funeral Home, Mary's Home, with rosaries at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
