In 350 jaar Knegt is de overlijdensdatum niet duidelijk. Volgens deze informatie wordt er op 6-10-1779 en op 9-10-1798 een kind van Dirk Knegt begraven.
Maar omdat de datum van 6-10-1779 in beide gevallen wordt genoemd, kan aangenomen worden dat Ewout Knegt op of vlak voor deze datum is overleden èn dat er nog een kind is geweest dat is overleden op 9-10-1798.
