Zita Maria della Grazie Adelgunde Michaele Raphaele Gabriele Josephine Antonie Louise Agnes van Bourbon-Parma (Lucca, Italië, 9 mei 1892 - Zizers, Zwitserland, 14 maart 1989) was de laatste keizerin van Oostenrijk en de laatste koningin van Hongarije.

Zij was de dochter van Robert I van Parma en diens tweede vrouw Maria Antonia van Portugal.

Op 21 oktober 1911 trouwde ze met de Oostenrijkse aartshertog Karel. Samen kregen zij acht kinderen:

Charlotte (1921-1989)
Elisabeth (1922-1993)

Na de moord op aarsthertog Frans Ferdinand in 1914, werd Karel de troonopvolger van keizer Frans Jozef. Na de dood van deze laatste in 1916 werden Karel en Zita gekroond tot keizer en keizerin van Oostenrijk en koning en koningin van Hongarije. Toen na het einde van de Eerste Wereldoorlog werd aangedrongen op het aftreden van Karel verzette Zita zich heftig. Niettemin gaf Karel toe aan de revolutionaire krachten en hij abdiceerde. Het paar vertrok met kinderen naar Zwitserland, waarna de alle Habsburgse bezittingen werden geconfisceerd en het de keizerlijke familie verboden werd ooit nog voet op Oostenrijkse bodem te zetten.

In 1921 vestigde het paar zich op Madeira, waar Karel in 1922 na een zware longontsteking overleed. In 1929 verhuisde Zita met haar kinderen naar Brussel. Met de Anschluss van Oostenrijk bij Hitler-Duitsland vervloog iedere hoop op het herstel van de monarchie. De Habsburgers vluchtten via Spanje en Portugal naar de Verenigde Staten. Pas in 1953 keerde Zita terug naar Europa om zich eerst in Luxemburg en later in Zizers, Zwitserland te vestigen. In de jaren zestig was het haar zoon Otto al gelukt om terug te keren naar Oostenrijk. In 1982 verleende de Oostenrijkse bondsregering - na bemiddeling door de Spaanse koning Juan Carlos - Zita toestemming om een bezoek te brengen aan Oostenrijk.

De Oostenrijkse regering gaf na haar overlijden ook toestemming voor haar bijzetting in de grafkelder van de Habsburgers: de Kapuzinergruft.

Zita was een tante van prins Karel Hugo, de vroegere echtgenoot van de Nederlandse prinses Irene. Verder is zij de grootmoeder van aartshertog Lorenz die getrouwd is met de Belgische prinses Astrid.
