Werner Friedrich Anton Frh. von Harff herr zu Dreyborn, Wollseiffen, Vettelhoven, Heistert, Laurenzberg, Hüls, Langendorf, Geilenkirchen, Lindweiler, Ringsheim, Velbrüggen und Nörvenich, Churpfältzischer Rittmeister beim Leibregiment, Kämmerer, Erbmarschall des Herzogthums Jülich. Die Belehnung mit Dreyborn empfing er noch minderjährig auf Anstehen seiner Mutter im J. 1698, und dann wieder 1717. Im J. 1696 ward er von Herzog Johann Wilhelm dem Franz Egon Frh. von Gymnich zu Vlatten in seiner Funktion als Amtmann zu Monjoye adjungirt, und im J. 1716 von Herzog Carl Philipp als Adjunct bestätigt. Seit 1705 war er mit Eva Francisca Tochter des Johann Felix Frh. von Hoheneck Herrn zu Wörth und der Odilia Maria Freyin von Frentz verheirathet. Geboren 16. Juny 1679, gest. 30. Sept. 1726. Seine Gattin starb 9. Dec. 1767.
