Philipp Franz Anton Frh. von Harff. Auch er war Anfangs zum geistlichen Stande bestimmt. Als Trevirensis Canonicus Domicellaris hielt er von 1739 bis 1741 auf der Universität zu Rheims sein Biennium; und da er in einem von den dortigen Professoren ausgestellten Zeugniss Carl Philipp genannt wird, so hat dies, wie es scheint, zu der Annahme eines fünften Sohnes Carl Veranlassung gegeben. Es wäre auch möglich, dass darunter Friedrich Carl (einer von den beiden Söhnen des Damian Hyacinth) zu verstehen sei.
