GULDEWAGEN (Cornelis) zoon van Dirk Guldewagen en van Cornelia Cornelisdr., gedoopt den 11 Febr. 1599, was in de vroedschap te Haarlem 1625, Schepen, Burgemeester 1644, Ontvanger der gemeene landsmiddelen, Gecommitteerde ter Staten-Generaal 1659, Thesaurier, Weesmeester, Kerkmeester enz. enz. te Haarlem; huwde Aachje van der Horn, waarbij hij elf kinderen won. Hij stierf 17 Nov. 1663.

Wapen: gevierendeeld: I en IV in rood drie korenaren, waaiervormig geplaatst, voortkomend uit een hoorn van overvloed, vergezeld van twee sterren, alles zilver; II en III in effen goud een blauwe linkerschuinbalk beladen met drie gouden sterren.
