Das Haus Schwarzwaldau aber blühte bis in die Gegenwart fort, nachdem es nach und nach zur freiherrlichen und eine Linie auch zur gräflichen Würde gelangt war. Namentlich wurde Abraham v. Cz. Obersteuer-Kinnehmer zu Schweidnitz und Jauer, Herr auf Schwarzwaldau, 1725 böhmischer Freiherr, und seine Enkel, Karl Abraham Oswald und Sigismund, wurden am 15. Octbr. 1786 in den preussischen Grafenstand erhoben. Diese grälliche Linie aber ist im Mannestamme erloschen and lebt gegenwärtig nur noch in weiblicher Linie fort, und zwar durch die Töchter des letzten Grafen Heinrich Sigismund v. Cz. auf Berghof, und Juliane Louise v. Schack, die als Wittwe des Obermarschalls, Grafen ??? der Goltz, am 5. Februar 1835 zu Berlin starb. Berghof gehört gegenwärtig der verwittweten Gräfin v. Schweidnitz, gebornen Gräfin v. Cz. Das Haus Czettritz-Neuhaus erlosch im vorigen Jahrhunderte mit dem weiter unten erwähnten General v. Cz. auf Neuhaus.
