Maakster: Ottes, Sara; Vervaardigingsdatum: 1749; Afmeting: 34.5 x 64.5 cm;Plaats vervaardiging: Metslawier; niet helmaal af; ongedateerd.
Deze merklap is afkomstig uit de verzameling van notaris Nanne Ottema in Leeuwarden. Diverse gaatjes zijn keurig gestopt. Zie de derde regel bij de G en bij de S, T, V en W. Waarschijnlijk heeft Sara zich vaak geprikt aan de naald en zijn er in de loop van de tijd door oxidatie van de bloedvlekken gaatjes in de stof ontstaan.
