De Commissaris des Konings in de provincie Overijssel verklaart, dat Hendrik Willemsen, geboren te Lonneker den 28 October 1861, wonende te Lonneker, van beroep vrachtrijder, zoon van Jan Hendrik en van Eva ten Duis wonende te Lonneker, in het inschrijvingsregister van de gemeente Lonneker van het jar 1880 voor de lichting van het jaar 1881 is ingeschreven, dat aan hem bij de loting is ten deel gevallen nr. 10, en dat hij vervolgens door den militieraad uithoofde van te zijn eenige wettige zoon van den dienst is vrijgesteld.
Gegeven te ZWOLLE, den 21 September 1882.
