    Amand Maes, Visscher, oud vijfendertig jaren, wonende te
    Temsche in de Zoutstraat, welke ons heeft vertoond een kind
    van het mannelijk geslacht, geboren in deze Gemeente giste-
    ren ten vijf ure des morgens van hem verklaarder en van
    Virginia <*> Van Houteghem, huishoudster oud dertig
    jaren, wonende te Temsche, zijne huisvrouw en waaraan hij ver-
    klaard heeft te willen geven den voornaam van Josef;
    De voormelde verklaring en vertooning gedaan in
    de tegenwoordigheid van Silvester De Cauwer, vischleur-
    der, oud eenentwintig jaren en Frans De Bock, toezichter
    der vischmijn oud achtendertig jaren, beide wonende te
    Temsche, getuygen hiertoe door den declarant aanzocht in wiens
    bijwezen deze akte terstond is opgesteld en die met ons na gedane
    voorlezing hebben getekened, den vader verklaard hebbende niet te
    kunnen schrijven door ongeleerdheid.

    Van den burgerlijken stand der Gemeente Temsche, zijn
    gekomen, Petrys Maes, tapper, oud zesendertig jaren,
    vader van den overledenen en Charles Rinckhout,
    zeilmaker, oud tweeendertig jaren*, gebuur van den
    overledenen en beide wonende te Temsche, welke ons
    hebben verklaard dat op heden, ten drij ure namiddag
    Josephus Maes, oud tien maanden, geboren en woonende
    te Temsche, zoon van Petrus maes en van Virginia
    Van Houteghem, huishoudster, oud eenendertig jaren,
    wonende te Temsche, overleden is in de woning van zijn
    ouders alhier in de Zoutstraat. Wij hebben ons van het voor-
    schreven overlijden verzekerd; waarvan akte welke wij
    na gedane voorlezing hebben geteekend met den tweeden
    komparant, den andere komparant verklaard hebbende
    niet te kunnen schrijven door ongeleerdheid.
