    gemeente wijk A nummer 76, van hem verklaarder en van Regi-
    na Coleta Van Houteghem, oud achtentwintig jaren, geboren te
    Temsche, zijne huisvrouw en aan het welk hij heeft verklaard te wil-
    len geven den voornaam van Adelaïde.

    De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Petrus Joannes
    De Nyn, herbergier en koopman in visch, oud vijfendertig jaren,
    en Henricus De Clercq, visscher, oud achtentwintig jaren, beide
    woonachtig in deze gemeente.

    Waarvan akte door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend ter
    uitzondering van den vader die verklaarde niet te kunnen
    schrijven noch teekenen bij gebrek van onderwijzing.

    op negenentwintig april negentienhonderd tweeënzestig, te negenien uur, weduwe van
    Alfons Van Wauwe, overleden te Temse, negentwintig oktober negentienhonderd éénen-
    zestig, dochter van Petrus Amandus Maes, overleden te Moerzeke, en van Virginia Re-
    gina Coleta Van Houteghem, overleden te Temse. Volgens de aangifte gedaan door Frans
    Gyselinck, handelaar, oud zesenveertig jaar, wonende te Temse, en door Rovert Go-
    vaert, verzekeraar, oud tweeënveertig jaar, wonende te Temse, beiden geen bloed- of
    aanverwanten van de overledene. Na voorlezing van deze akte, hebben de aangevers be-
    nevens Ons getekend.
