Jasper Petersz van Oort (1600-1689) was voor de helft eigenaar van de molen te Heerewaarden. Verkocht op 16 april 1639 zijn aandeel aan zijn broer Jan. Hij kocht 4 juli 1640 het huis "de Zwaan" aan de dam bij het veer te Heerewaarden. Hij wordt vermeld als schout van Geldermalsen in 1650, in 1671 als schepen van deze plaats in de Bank van Deil. Hij wordt op 26 oktober 1660 nabuur tot Geldermalsen genoemd. De kinderen van Jasper worden, voor zover nu bekend, niet genoemd als molenaars)
