Hun vader Thomas van den Heuvel (circa 1680 - na 1747) was de pachter van de boerderij. Op basis van deze gegevens vinden we het huis ook terug in de huizenlijsten van Vlierden. Het betreft huis 65, in 1736 nog eigendom van de weduwe Craijenhoff, in 1751 van broer en zus Van den Heuvel, in 1786 van Joost Thomas van den Heuvel en zijn kinderen, in 1791 juist van zijn zus en in 1798 van Dirk Timmermans, zoon van zijn zus. Bewoner na het overlijden van vader Thomas was de familie Timmermans. Op het moment van koop in 1747 stond het eerstvolgende huis, van Vlierden gezien, pas op de Blikhalm. Interessant is dat naast Heitveldweg 9 (huis 65) het huis 64 gestaan moet hebben, in 1736 eigendom van Jan Bogaerts en in 1746 van zijn erfgenamen. In 1761 waren de kinderen van Francis van Heugten en Joost Thomas van den Heuvel de eigenaren. Bewoner in 1751 was Willem van Bree. Tussen 1766 en 1771 werd dit pand afgebroken. Alles wijst erop, dat dit huis direct oostelijk van Heitveldweg 9 heeft gestaan. Van het nieuwe huisje 110 dat tussen 1791 en 1798 verschijnt en dat we als Heitveldweg 7 kunnen identificeren, wordt immers gezegd dat het tussen de nummers 63 en 64 stond.
