Notes about Fairman Frederick Cook

Fairman Cook The difficulty here is knowing what name Fairman used after the 1901 census was taken and secondly where he lived if he moved away from Teddington in later life. He is not listed under Fairman on the 1866-1920 section of the “Familyrelatives.com” website but this section does have the death of a Frederick William Cook aged 48 born about 1866 registered at Richmond in the Dec quarter of 1908. A longshot maybe, but Fairman must be on the register somewhere. In 1920 he would have been 59, but to search each quarter thereafter, until say 1940, without a registration office does not appeal to me at present. From Archie Paxton September 2008
