Goederen gemeen, de aan te erven goederen ongemeen, winst en verlies half om half, kinderen gelijk, het recht van presentatie wordt gegeven aan de kinderen van ederzijdse broers en zusters, indien hij eerder overlijdt dan krijgt zij alle goederen, omgekeerd geldt dit ook, waarbij de aangeërfde goederen niet verteerd mogen worden, mits er geen kinderen zijn, na beider dood zullen de resterende goederen, niet zijnde aangeërfd, opgedeeld worden in 2 gelijke delen, voor elke familie een.
