Heden twintig Augustus negentien honderd dertien zijn voor mij, Ambtenaar van den burgelijken stand van Rotterdam, verschenen ten einde een huwelijk aan te gaan: JURRIEN KLAVERS, oud vier en twintig jaren, bootwerker, geboren te Deventer, wonende alhier, meerderjarige zonn van Jurrien Klavers, oud negen en veertig jaren, bootwerker, wonende alhier en Reintje Kommer, overleden en LENA KOUIJZER, oud vier en twintig jaren, zonder beroep, geboren te IJsselmonde, wonende alhier, meerderjarige dochter van Pieter Theodorus Kouijzer, oud acht en veertig jaren, bootwerker en Cornleia Kind, oud negen en veertig jaren, zonder beroep, beiden wonende alhier.
De vader van den bruidegom en de ouders van de bruid, alhier tegenwoordig, verklaarden tot dit huwelijk hunne toestemming te geven. De beide afkondigingen van dit huwelijk zijn alhier onverhinderd geschied op zeven en twintig Juli en drie Augustus dezes jaars.
Ik heb bruidegom en bruid afgevraagd of zij elkander nemen tot echtgenooten en getrouwelijk alle de plichten zullen vervullen, welke door de wet aan den huwelijken staat verbonden zijn. Nadat deze vragen door hen bevestigend beantwoord werden, heb ik, in naam der wet, uitspraak gedaan, dat zij door het huwelijk aan elkander zijn verbonden. Als getuigen waren tegenwoordig: Tjiepke Steenaart en Adrianus van Pernis, beiden oud vijf en dertig jaren, bedienden en wonende alhier. Waarvan akte, welke overeenkomstig de wet is voorgelezen. De moeder van de echtgenoote verklaarde niet te kunnen schrijven, daar zij zulks niet heeft geleerd.
