Hendrik Wolterus Klavers oud vijf en dertig jaren, van beroep daglooner wonende te Deventer bijgestaan door twee getuigen, de eerste genaamd Johan Adam Eijt oud vijf en dertig jaren, van beroep daglooner wonende te Deventer, en de tweede Jacob Slot oud vier en dertig jaren, van beroep daglooner wonende te Deventer welke ons heeft verklaard, dat zijne huisvrouw Janke Betzou, zonder beroep, wonende te Deventer op den vijf en twintigsten dezer maand des namiddags te tien ure, te Deventer is bevallen van een kind van het manlijk geslacht, waaraan de voornaam is gegeven van Jurrien. Volgens deze verklaring en ingevolge rekwisitie van voornoemden Comparant, hebben wij deze Akte opgemaakt, welke na gedane voorlezing is geteekend door ons de vader en de beide getuigen.

    Heden vijftien Juli negentienhonderd veertig, verscheen voor mij, Ambtenaar van den burgelijken stand der gemeente Hillegersberg: van Noort, Adrianus oud twee en veertig jaren, bedienaar ter begrafenis wonende te Rotterdam die verklaarde, daarvan uit eigen wetenschap kennis te dragen, dat op veertien Juli dezes jaars te vier uur dertig minuten, in deze gemeente is overleden: Klavers, Jurrien oud zes en zeventig jaren, van beroep los werkman geboren te Deventer wonende alhier, weduwnaar van Kommer, Reintje eerder weduwnaar van Steenbergen, Maria, zoon van Klavers, Hendrik Wolterus en Betzou, Janke, beiden overleden. Waarvan akte, welke overeenkomstig de wet is voorgelezen.
