Heden vijf en twintig October negentien honderd zestien zijn voor mij, Ambtenaar van den burgelijken stand van Rotterdam, verschenen ten einde een huwelijk aan te gaan: Johannes Jacobus ter Stege, oud een en twintig jaren, handelsreiziger, geboren te Arnhem, wonende alhier, meerdrjarige zoon van Christiaan ter Stege, oud twee en zestig jaren, grossier in koek en suikerwerken en Wietske Klavers, oud zeven en vijftig jaren, zonder beroep, beiden wonende alhier ------ en ---------
Wijntje Barenswaard, oud twintig jaren, zonder beroep, geboren en wonende alhier, minderjarige dochter van Willem Barenswaard, oud vier en vijftig jaren, vuurstoker en Maria Jacoba Sandifort, oud negen en veertig jaren, zonder beroep, beiden wonende alhier. De ouders van den bruidegom en de ouders van de bruid, alhier tegenwoordig, verklaarden tot dit huwelijk hunne toestemming te geven. De afkondiging van dit huwelijk is alhier onverhinderd geschied op veertien October dezes jaars.
Ik heb bruidegom en bruid afgevraagd of zij elkander nemen tot echtgenooten en getrouwelijk alle de plichten zullen vervullen, welke door de wet aan den huwelijken staat verbonden zijn. Nadat deze vragen door hen bevestigend beantwoord werden, heb ik, in naam der wet, uitspraak gedaan, dat zij door het huwelijk aan elkander zijn verbonden. Als getuigen waren tegenwoordig: Theodorus Kloeg, oud twee en veertig jaren en Gerardus Herscheid, oud vijf en dertig jaren, beide bediende en wonende alhier. Waarvan akte, welke overeenkomstig de wet is voorgelezen.

Aantekening (no. 3129) op de zijkant van de akte:
Bij vonnis van de arrondissements rechtbank alhier, gewezen op zeven December negentien honderd een en dertig, ingeschreven in de registers van den burgelijken stand dezer gemeente op twee en twintig April negentienhonderd twee en dertig, is het in nevenstaande akte vermelde huwelijk door echtscheiding is ontbonden verklaard.
