(gestorven aan de galg). Het boek "Berg en Terblijt" bevat een apart hoofdstukje getiteld "Willem Huijnen, slachtoffer van de 'bokkerijderskoorts' [Hoofdstuk XII/pag. 239-245]. Hoewel het boek verder enkele complete stambomen bevat, worden van Willem merkwaardigerwijs geen genealogische bijzonderheden genoemd, anders dan dat hij snijder te Vilt was en daarnaast drank schonk, een neef Jacob had, en uiteraard zijn overlijdensdatum. Anton Blok weet verder alleen te melden dat hij gehuwd was [pag. 383-384]. Willem Huijnen gehuwd Helena Duijsings is de enige die in deze periode in de kerkregisters van Berg en Terblijt voorkomt, en de pastoor vermeldde van hem geen overlijden.
