In het jaar negentien honderd vier en twintig, den vierden Augustus, zijn voor ons Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der gemeente Valkenswaard , provincie Noordbrabant, in het openbaar, in het gemeentehuis ,in tegenwoordigheid van Joseph de Jong ,oud zevenentwintig jaren,van beroep magazijnchef wonende te Eindhoven, broeder van de bruid, Antoon Louwers zevenendertig jaren, van beroep slager wonende te Eindhoven, verschenen Adrianus Joannis Jacobs , oud een en twintig jaren, geboren te Gestel van beroep slager wonende te Eindhoven, meerderjarige zoon van Mathijs Jacobs en van Joanna Josepha Wouters, beiden overleden en ter andere zijde Wilhelmina Gertrudis de Jong oud twintig jaren, geboren te Blerick van beroep winkeljuffrouw wonende te Valkenswaard, minderjarige dochter Gijsbert Ary de Jong, oud twee en zestig jaren en van Maria Gertrudis in de Broek, oud vijf en vijftig jaren, beiden zonder beroep en wonende alhier voor mij tegenwoordig hunne toestemming gevende in dezen echt welke comparanten ons verzocht hebben tot het voltrekken van hun voorgenomen huwelijk over te gaan, hebbende de afkondiging plaats gehad alhier zonder stuiting op Zaterdag den twaalfden Augustus negentien vier en twintig, en te Eindhoven op dezelfden dag en tot welke einde zij verder aan ons hebben voorgelegd de stukken hierna genoemd zijnde geboorteakte van bruid en bruidegom;overlijdensakten van de ouders des bruidegom; bewijs van gedane huwelijksafkondiging te Eindhoven.
De aanstaande echtgenooten hebben ten overstaan van ons en in tegenwoordigheid der genoemde getuigen verklaard, dat zij elkander tot echtgenooten en dat zij getrouwelijk alle de plichten zullen vervullen , welke door de wet aan den huwelijken staat verbonden zijn. Na welke verklaring wij in naam der wet hebben verklaard:dat zij door den echt aan elkander verbonden zijn.
Van al hetwelk wij dadelijk deze akte hebben opgemaakt en na voorlezing geteekend met bruidegom, bruid, vader van de bruid en de getuigen , verklarende de moeder van de bruid niet te kunnen tekenen wegens onkunde.
