?Uit de huwelijksakte blijkt dat Neeltje is geboren te Woudenberg. Alsvijfde huwelijksebijlage is een acte waaruit blijkt dat van detussenkomst van de kantonrechter te Amersfoort, in dato 27 juli 1903,ten gevolge der weigering van de vader der bruid, tot het verlenenzijner toestemming. Verder verklaarden ze op de huwelijksacte teerkennen, "Een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, waarvan de comparanteop 17 oct. 1897 in Maarn is bevallen met de voornaam van Neeltje."
