Op 10-2-1759 ontvangen Simon en Sijtje Pieters Wit, nu meerderjarig, de een door leeftijd de ander door haar huwelijk met Claas Pietersz Blom hun erfdeel uit handen van Cornelis Luitjes en Jan Simonsz Wit
Op 9-3-1801 compareerde Simon Pietersz Wit voor notaris Dekker te Winkel en laat een nieuw testament maken. Zijn kleindochter Guurtje Jacobs Wit en en zijn zoon Pieter Simonsz Wit worden zijn erfgenamen.
