Fredericus Timmerman komt voor in politierapporten in het Stadsarchief Amsterdam:
- hij doet (vermoedelijk in september 1943) aangifte dat tussen 11 en 19 augustus uit een kast in zijn woning aan de Spaarndammerdijk zijn ontvreemd: 6 pakjes shag, 200 sigaren en 7,5 kg thee ter waarde van fl 35,-. De aangifte wordt in behandeling genomen.
- hij verzoekt (waarschijnlijk in 1941) in zijn functie van conducteur van de gemeentelijke tram, dienstdoende op een tramtrein van lijn 10, gaande in de richting naar de Zoutkeetsgracht, verwijdering uit de tramtrein van drie vrouwen. Zij gedroegen zich op zeer onbetamelijke wijze en stagneerden met hun betaling de gang van zaken. Genoemde drie vrouwen komen echter uit eigener beweging uit de tramtrein. Zij geven op te zijn Maria Wilhelmina Veraar (geboren 14-3-1922 te Amsterdam, inpakster, wonende Lindengracht 92 I), Bernardina Hendrica Hofman (geboren 10-7-1916 te Amsterdam, zonder beroep, wonende Goudsbloemstraat 68 III) en Dina Veraar (geboren 31-5-1914 te Amsterdam, echtgenote van C.B. Kemper, wonende Goudsbloemstraat 68 hs, welke laatste niet in het bezit is van een legitimatiebewijs. De tramtrein is na dit incident doorgereden naar de Zoutkeetsgracht, waarna Timmerman zich (opnieuw) naar het bureau heeft begeven om een en ander nader toe te lichten. Hij heeft getuigen en zal later nadere aangifte doen van belediging. De vrouwen zijn na onderzoek en n.t.h.l.h. heengezonden.
