opa was in de Tweede Wereldoorlog ondergedoken om niet in dienst te hoeven in Duitsland maar is opgepakt en in Duitse dienst gedwongen, hij was daar ordonnans en is krijgsgevangen genomen. In 1947 mocht hij weer de Nederlandse grens over.
