Als zij door Zegert als een natuurlijk kind is erkend, waarom draagt zij dan niet zijn achternaam. Getuigen zijn Arnoldus Willem Marks, 38 jaar, veldwachter; Cornelis Noordermeer, 34 jaar, voermansknecht; Petrus Waasdorp, 32 jaar, koekkramer; Allen wonende te Sassenheim. De bruidegom en de bruid en Zegert Vermolen ondertekenen de akte niet, omdat zij niet kunnen schrijven.
