In den name ons Heeren amen.
Bij den inhoudt van desen openbaere instrument sij condt ende kennelicke dat in de jaere ons Heeren 1718 den vifden dach des maents marty, mij subst secretaris en getuigen ondergenomt ons gecomporteert hebbende ten huisen van Wilm Ingels, de selven kranck sijnde ende met de h. sacramenten der h. kercke wel voor sien sijnde, nochtans wel bij sijn verstant ende sijne viff sinne wel machtigh en gebruickende.
Overdenkende datter niet sekerder en is dan de doodt ende niet onsekerder dan de uyre der selver, niet willende van deser werrelt scheyden sonder eerst van sijne tidelicke goederen gedisponeert te hebben,
heeft daerom sijn testament gemackt, willende ende begerende dat 't selve sal staet gripen ende sijn volcomen efect sorteeren, 'tsij bij forme van testament, wttersten wille, codicille of andersints, niet tegenstaende dat alle solemniteyten van wegen gerequireert hier inne niet onderhouden, de selve derogeerende wel expresselick mits dese.
In den eersten bevelt hij testateur sijn syle soo wanneer die wt sijn licham scheyden sal Godt almachtigh, Maria sijne gebenedide moeder ende allen den hemelsche geselschappe.
Comende vorts tot der disposytie van sijne ende huisvroue goederen haer bij Godt almachtich op deser werrelt verlent, soo wilt ende begeert hij testateur, ende mackt machtigh sijne tegenwoordige huisvroue Cornelia Gommans van alle de goederen, gereede als ongereede. De selve naer doodt van hem testateur sal mogen vercopen, veralioneeren ofte beswaeren soo ende gelick als of ick testateur noch levende weere, sonder iemande daer inne te kennen, ende soo lange sij weduwe sal wesen.
Ende oversulx wilt hij testateur ende begeert dat het gene voorss is in alle puncten, clausule ende articulen sal achtervolght worden.
In oircondt der waerheyt soo heb ick testateur, beneffens Peter Gommans schepen, ende Matijs Ingels als getuigen hier toe geroepen, ende den subst secris desen testament ende wttersten wille eygenhandich ondertekent.
