Wij Hendrick Peters sijnde in den tweeden ehstandt ofte tweeden ehman van Angenes Roosen, Jan Berren voor sijnen soone Joannes Berren, Jan Stammen mede voor sijne consorten, Dirick Roosen, Jacob Jaken, Matis Engels mede voor sijne consorten, Jan Gommans alias Smollers met voor sijne swegerse Elisabet Zeelen, ende alsoo de selve sijn erfgename geworden van Peter Roosen saliger door den doodt van Elisabeth Smets leste wede van wilen Peter Roosen, soo sijn de voorss vrinden in deylinge getreden met de erfgename van wilen Elisabet Smets.
Soo sijn de selve overcomen, geluiquideert ende geaccordert volgens den contrackt daer over gemackt van dato 17 9bris 1718, waer in aen haer rechte erfgename van wilen Peter Roosen is over levert enen rendtbrif van viff hondert gulden staende tot laste van Anna Maria van Broeckhuisen tot Besel van dato den 16 dach des maents july des jaers 1693; ende alnoch enen rendtbrief tot laste van de gemeynde van Kessel van duisent gulden, den welcke is gecedeert ende getransporteert geweest aen Peter Roosen ende Elisabeth Smets van dato den 3 augusty 1696. Soo bekennen de voornomde semptelicke erfgename ontfangen te hebben van Marya Zeelen wede van wilen Peter de Backer vifthinhondert gulden, den pattacon gerekent dry gulden twee stuver, voor welcke somme sij voorss erfgename hebben in handen gestelt aen de voornomde Maria Zeelen den benomden rentbrief van viff hondert gulden met den verloop van intresse, ende den brief van duisent gulden met den verloopen intresse op 't dorp Kessel. Ende de twee voorss rentbrieven makende te samen vifthinhondert gulden. Waer op de voornomde erfgenamen hebben de selve gequiteert ende gerenoncieert, quiteeren ende renoncieeren de selve voor ons ende onse naercomelinge, ende dat tot behoef van Maria Zeelen ofte haere naercomelinge.
Aldus geschiet ende gepasseert sonder argh ofte list. In oircondt der waerheyt soo hebben wij dese acte van renonciatie beneffens onsen subst secretaris eygenhandich onderss.
