    Het ereveld is te vinden op het Friedhof Stoffeln, Bittweg, in Düsseldorf-Oberbilk. De inwijding vond plaats op 12 juli 1956. Het is de centrale begraaf- en gedenkplaats voor landgenoten die omkwamen in de deelstaat Nordrhein-Westfalen. Het ereveld telt 1230 graven. Verder bevinden zich in het portaal vier gedenkstenen met de namen van nog eens 483 Nederlandse oorlogsslachtoffers. Op het ereveld in Düsseldorf staat ook een herdenkingszuil met de namen van de concentratiekampen Auschwitz, Buchenwald, Grosz-Rosen, Lublin, Mittelbau, Ravensbrück, Sachsenhausen, Sobibor, Stutthof, Treblinka en Warschau. Deze zuil werd opgericht ter nagedachtenis aan hen die omkwamen in deze kampen.
