Dit huwelijk is op in januari 1796 nietig verklaard wegens de onverklaarbare verdwijning van Johann Ulrich vanuit Nijmegen. Echter bij overlijden van Jeanette Oeslever in 1812 is vermeld dat zij de echtgenote was van Johann Ulrich (bron: Familysearch).

Achternaam is ook gevonden als Urich.
Hij is in 1796 uit Nijmegen vertrokken en nooit teruggekeerd. Niemand weet waarheen en niemand heeft nog ooit iets van hem vernomen. Dit is vermeld in de huwelijksbijlagen van dochter Neeltje Johannesen Ulrich.
In de huwelijksakten van de drie huwelijken van Johannes Franciscus Usleeber geboren 04-05-1805 te Nijmegen wordt alleen Jeanette Usleeber genoemd als moeder, de vader is nergens vermeld.
Echter, Johann Ulrich is wel teruggekomen blijkbaar want in 1811 wordt nog een dochter, Anna Johanna Maria (Jeanne) Ulrich Usleeber (zij gebruikt beide achternamen), geboren en in haar huwelijksbijlagen is vermeld dat Johann Ulrich haar vader is. Verder is vermeld dat hij in 1814 wederom uit Nijmegen is vertrokken en wederom niemand weet waarheen en niemand heeft nog ooit iets van hem vernomen.
