Op 23 maart 1751 treedt Willem Outshoorn op als voogd met betrekking tot de "Reekening van den boedel en goederen van Cors Jansz: Oudenes [zijn zwager]".

(Uit de Rekeningen van de nalatenschap van Jan Lietaert, Wed.van Ariaantje van Leijden, Nieuwkoop 1752-#170 dd 24 aug): " Ontvangen van Willem Outshoorn voor het viswater te Noorden..... f1:10 "

RECHTERLIJK ARCHIEF, Nieuwkoop en Noorden, #101, 18 feb.1759:
Attestatie van Willem Outshoorn, oud omtrend 80 jaaren, Arij Abrahamze de Jager, oud omtrend 70 jaaren, en Willem de Jager, oud omtrend 47 jaaren, woonende zij twee Eerste Deposanten onder Nieuwkoop, en hij derde Deposant onder Noorden. Willem Outshoorn verklaarde dat het baanwerk op de Vliet, de paal No.23 den tijd van ruijm vijftigh jaaren, jaa zoo verre als hem geheugt, bij de bruijkers, off Eijgenaars van het partheij lands, groot drie, en een halv mergen, gelegen zoo te Noorden, als onder Agtienhoven, strekkende van de voorwetering aff, tot agter aan het water toe, belend ten oosten Aart van Spengen, en ten westen Cornelis van Leeuwen, waar van Naderhand Eijgenaar is geworden Stoffel Arisze van Wieringen, en door deszelfs Erfgenamen op den 27 Jannuarij 1755 bij publijcque veijlinge alhier geveijlt, en verkogt aan Gerrit Jansze Outshoorn, gemaakt is geworden. Verders verklaarde hij eerste Deposant, dat eenige tijd geleden naa de Verkoopingh van gemelde stuk lands, ten zijnen huijze is gekoomen Hendrik van Wieringen, meedevoogt over de Toenmaal minderjaarige Elbert Gijsbert Stigter, aan hem Deposant vragende, wat hij hem zoude raaden, off hij dit baanwerk, van het voorsz: partheij, hier voore gemeld, nogh zoude blijven maaken, wat hem Deposant daar van dagt, dat hij Deposant hem daarop geraaden heeft, dat hij het zoude maaken, want dat het daar altoos bij gemaakt is geweest, dat gemelde Hendrik van Wieringen hem daarop tot antwoordt gaff dat het hem ook zoo goed dagt, en dat het naa dien tijd van de verkoopingh is gemaakt geworden.
