Antje Wansing met inmiddels de zorg voor zeven kinderen in de leeftijd van 0 tot 21 jaar hertrouwt op 19 november 1899 met Johannes Split. Johannes is geboren in Leeuwarden en de zoon van Leendert Split en Johanna Maria Akkerman. Johannes Split is arbeider. Johannes Split overlijdt 59 jaar oud in Groningen op 5 juli 1909 en Antje Wansing overlijdt op 20 september 1935 in Groningen.
