Op 6 oktober 1725 vindt in Groningen de registratie plaats van het voorgenomen huwelijk van Willem Jans Wit, van Leens met Lutgert Antonii, van Warffum, pro qua Arent Arents als neef. Op 20 november 1725 wordt hun huwelijk bevestigd in de Nieuwe Kerk in Groningen door ds Muntinghe.

Na het overlijden van Willem Jans hertrouwt Lutgertjen Antonis. De registratie van dit huwelijk vindt plaats op 29 november 1738 in Groningen. De bruidegom is Pieter Jans, van Leens en de bruid is Lutgert Anthonis, van Watffum, Weduwe van Willem Jan de Bour, pro qua Pieter Engbers als zwager. In het Ondertrouwboek Groningen 1732-1739, folio 197 staat nog vermeld: "De bruidt haer staet der goederen op dato den 1 december 1738 ter weeskamer producerende is gebleeken deselve meer schulden als goederen te hebben, dienvolgens niets om haer kinderen uijttewijsen."
Het huwelijk wordt op 23 december 1738 voltrokken. Uit dit huwelijk worden nog twee kinderen geboren:
1. Jan Pieters, gedoopt op 13 maart 1740 in de Nieuwe Kerk en geboren tussen de Huizen bij Aa in Groningen.
2. Annigje Pieters, gedoopt op 2 mei 1742 in de A-kerk en geboren aan de oostzijde van de Aa in Groningen.
