Hendrik van Os heeft verkocht aan Jacob van der Noll, voogd van Philippus van der Noll en Nicolaas Zijtregtop, in qualiteit als medevoogd van Philippus van der Noll (zoon van wijlen Ary Jacobzn van der Noll), een huis en erf aan de oostzijde van de Vaert, R.A. 13-5-1735 folio 19.
Noch een huis en erf als voren, voor de som van 775 Carolus guldens.
Verkoopcontract 2-2-1746 (R.A. Monster folio 227) Philip Ariens van der Nol verkoopt aan Nicolaas Langelaan twee huisjes met erf aan de Vaert voor 700 Carolus guldens.
In 1741 ingeschreven als lidmaat van de Gereformeerde Kerk te Monster.
