Het huis, genaamd de Kruidhof, heeft zij 29-1-1742 op publieke veiling gekocht.
19-02-1733 testament op langstlevende (wederkerig erfgenaam) van Nicolaes Zijtregtop en Maria Ariens van der Noll. Benoemden als (eventuele) voogden o.a. Jacob van der Noll, haar broeder.
