Claes Willemsz Henneman, boedelhouder voor zichzelf en zijn overleden vrouw, verkoopt aan Claes Dircxsz, wonende in het Noordeinde van Alphen, omtrent 7 ½ hond land onder Oudshoorn, strekkende van Maerten Jacopsz tot aan de Duikerwetering, belend ten oosten Claes Claesz Cool en ten westen Pieter Cornelisz.
Als garantie stelt Claes Henneman: zijn huis en erf onder Oudshoorn, belend ten oosten de Lage Rijndijk, ten zuiden en westen de Rijn en ten noorden Anna Willemsdr, weduwe Pieter Sijmon

OUD-RECHTERLIJK ARCHIEF, Oudshoorn, 5 juli 1592, inv. nr. 1A, fol. 10:
Claes Willemsz, afkomstig van Rijnsaterwoude, nu wonende te Oudshoorn, is schuldig aan Kors Neel Vrericksz 250 gulden.
Gesteld onderpand: 7 ½ hond land in de ban van Oudshoorn, strekkende van Maerten Jacopsz land tot de Duikerwetering, belend ten oosten Claes Claesz Kool en ten westen Pieter Cornelisz Thijssen.
Borgen: Dirck Dircxsz, wonende te Oudshoorn en Jacop Geritsz, waard te Rijnsaterwoude.
Getuigen: Jasper Maertensz en Dirck Jan Pietersz
